She is a strong and compassionate leader known for her entusiastic and impactful guidance and ferocious commitment to a future that is bright for all people and particularly for those who have been historically marginalized. she has driven initiatives moving nearly $100 million and excels at community and stakeholder engagement. In founding Lovell Strategies, Danielle established participatory design models, drawing inspiration from her maternal family's immigrant journey. Lovell Strategies embodies the lessons learned from her family — the power of investing in people, saying the necessary things to propel conversations, and inspiring individuals to be their best selves.

    Not only is she a vibrant Miami Native with Trinidadian and Panamanian roots, she is also an Enneagram 4 and a proud Crimson Hoya with a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University. 

    When she’s not talking with cool people to get powerful solutions, she’s hanging with her husband, watching Bluey with her kiddos, salsa dancing with friends (far less than she’d like) and listening to Soca music.

    Zajkia "Kia" Walker is a relationship-driven knowledge strategist with a proven track record of organizing information and fostering collaborative learning environments. She is a thoughtful and innovative professional known for her meticulous coordination and passionate commitment to effective knowledge-sharing, particularly within complex organizational structures. As a certified Knowledge Manager, she has driven content management initiatives and excels at creating compelling communications that bridge diverse perspectives. In her journey through various leadership roles, including as Chief of Staff within the Department of Defense, Kia established effective knowledge-sharing frameworks, drawing inspiration from her multicultural background.

    A proud Maryland native with Jamaican roots, she blends analytical acumen with compelling communication through her Master's degree in Professional Writing from Chatham University and Bachelor's in Business Administration & Information Systems from Towson University.

    When she's not crafting engaging content or facilitating learning processes, she's exploring with her husband and son, sharing stories from her experiences living abroad in South Korea and the United Kingdom, and embracing her Afro-Caribbean heritage as she builds her life in Georgia.
